Under what conditions can I get a refund for a live class?

The Financial Education for Seniors Foundation offers live, in-person retirement education workshops for a fee of approximately $40 per participant. This fee is non-refundable. However, if you notify the Foundation of your cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date, a credit will be issued for a future seminar, subject to availability. Registrations made within 7 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund or credit if you cancel or do not attend.

How do I request a credit for a future live class?

Please submit your request by email or phone, and include the following information:

  1. Full name of the registered participant.
  2. Email address used for registration.
  3. Date and location of the scheduled workshop.
  4. Reason for cancellation, and preferred future seminar date (if known).
  5. Send your request to Email: info@retirementeducationforseniors.org or

Once received, we will confirm your eligibility and issue a credit for use toward a future seminar, subject to availability. Requests made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Is there a timeframe for submitting a credit request?

No credits will be issued after the live class has been conducted, regardless of the reason for absence. All credit requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Are there any non-refundable fees associated with the live classes?

The Financial Education for Seniors Foundation does not charge any additional non-refundable fees beyond the standard registration cost for live in-person classes. The full registration fee is considered non-refundable as outlined in our refund policy, but no extra processing or administrative fees are applied.
